En horas del día de hoy veinticuatro (24) de marzo de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00), presentes en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior en el acto de distribución correspondiente, el Juez Titular Eder Jesús Solarte Molina, la Secretaria Titular Abg. Eneida J. Torrealba C., el Alguacil Titular Yldemaro Antonio Gil y como testigo (s) ciudadano (s) Rivas Molleda Pedro Vicente, Paiva Jiménez José Antonio, Falcone Abbondanza Gabriel Felix y Sterpellone Lucia Beatriz, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V.-14.532.206, V.-6.932.621, V.-14.584.400 y V.-10.520.500, respectivamente. Se deja constancia que el día de hoy ingresaron dentro del horario acordado para distribuir DOCE (12) asuntos y que según el último acto de insaculación de fecha 23/3/2011, vertido en el acta Nº 2588, levantada por este tribunal, el último expediente se le asignó al Juzgado SUPERIOR CUARTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, correspondiendo iniciarse la distribución del día, por este Tribunal SUPERIOR QUINTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS; quedando los expedientes asignados previa insaculación de la siguiente manera:
