En horas de despacho del día de hoy Veintiuno(21) de octubre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 pm) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior la Jueza Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal DRA. ROSA DA SILVA GUERRA, la Secretaria Temporal ABG. MARIA A. LONGART V. y la Alguacil Titular RAMONA MESA. Se deja constancia que ingresaron dentro del horario acordado para distribuir TRES(03) asuntos, en razón de ello se establece que la totalidad de los asuntos a distribuir es de TRES(03) y que según el último acto de insaculación de fecha 20/10/2011, vertido en el acta N° 2707, levantada por este tribunal, el último expediente se le asignó al Juzgado SUPERIOR SEXTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, comenzando en consecuencia en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEPTIMO; quedando los expedientes asignados previa insaculación de la siguiente manera:

Se deja constancia que la presente distribución terminó en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR NOVENO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, en virtud de lo cual la siguiente distribución comenzará por el Tribunal SUPERIOR DECIMO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
