REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA EN SU NOMBRE JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEXTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS. EN FUNCIONES DE DISTRIBUIDOR DE TURNO ACTA Nº 2754 En horas del día de hoy, doce (12) de enero de 2012, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00 P.M.), hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior, la Juez Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal, Dra. ROSA DA SILVA GUERRA, la Secretaria, ABG. AMBAR J. MATA LÓPEZ, la Alguacil Titular, RAMONA MESA. Se deja constancia que ingresaron dentro del horario acordado para distribuir Dos (02) asuntos, en razón de ello, se establece que la totalidad de los asuntos a distribuir es de Dos (02) y que según el último acto de insaculación de fecha 11/01/2012, vertido en el acta Nº 2753, levantada por este Tribunal, el último expediente se le asignó al JUZGADO SUPERIOR DÉCIMO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, comenzando en consecuencia en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO; quedando los expedientes asignados previa insaculación de la siguiente manera: AL JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO: 8577-1 AL JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO: 8577 Se deja constancia que la presente distribución terminó en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, en virtud de lo cual, la siguiente distribución comenzará por el Tribunal SUPERIOR TERCERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
