REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA TRIBUNAL SUPREMO DE JUSTICIA JUZGADO SUPERIOR AGRARIO DE LAS CIRCUNSCRIPCIONES JUDICIALES DE LOS ESTADOS ARAGUA Y CARABOBO (203° y 154°) Maracay, cuatro (04) de diciembre del año 2014 EXP.- JSAAC- 2014-0298 Con vista al oficio N° 05-FS-5371-2014, suscrito por el Abg. Roberto Alfonso Acosta Garrido, en su carácter de Fiscal Superior del Ministerio Público de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Aragua, mediante el cual remite oficio N° 2466, de fecha 06-11-2014, emitido por este Juzgado Superior Agrario, toda vez que por un error material no se acompaño con el oficio ut supra mencionado copia certificada de lo conducente para dar inicio a las investigaciones pertinentes a fin de esclarecer la posible comisión de un hecho punible; de allí que, este Juzgado Superior Agrario, acuerda librar un nuevo oficio al Fiscal Superior del Ministerio Público de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Aragua, remitiendo copia certificada de lo solicitado.
