JUAN LUIS IBARRA, EN SU CARÁCTER DE JUEZ RECTOR DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, PRESIDENTE DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA Y COORDINADOR DE LOS TRIBUNALES COMPETENCIA EN DELITOS DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, mediante el cual LA CONVOCA COMO JUEZA SUPLENTE DEL TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE CONTROL AUDIENCIAS Y MEDIDAS CON COMPETENCIA EN DELITOS DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, en tal sentido, me aboco al conocimiento del presente asunto. Asimismo, recibidas las presentes actuaciones procedentes de la Unidad de Registro y Distribución de Documentos, contentivos de la CAUSA PRINCIPAL CON SOLICITUD DE SOBRESEIMIENTO por parte de la FISCAL 24° DEL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, en consecuencia se ACUERDA DARLE REINGRESO.
