REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y JOSÉ ÁNGEL LAMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA.- Cagua, dos (02) de Agosto de dos mil veintidós (2.022). 212° y 163°.- Vista la anterior Solicitud presentada por el ciudadano ALEXIS JOSÈ REYES, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 8.737.644, debidamente asistido en este acto por el abogado en ejercicio ALLAN ALEJANDRO RICO LUGO, inscrito en el I.P.S.A bajo el Nº 171.478, désele entrada en el Libro respectivo y por cuanto este Tribunal observa que no se señaló el Código Catastral en el Escrito Libelar. En consecuencia, este Órgano Jurisdiccional Insta a la parte interesada a corregir el error ut supra y adecuar su solicitud nuevamente, a los fines legales consiguientes. - Cúmplase.
