REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y JOSÉ ÁNGEL LAMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA. Cagua, 19 de octubre del 2022. 212º y 163° Vista la anterior Demanda de DIVORCIO MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, presentada por los ciudadanos: VIVIANA AURORA ALVÁREZ SÁNCHEZ y MARIO JOSÉ CARREÑO DÍAZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-9.510.662 y V-10.507.060, respectivamente, debidamente asistidos por la abogada YSABEL GARCÍA, inscrita en el I.P.S.A bajo el Nro. 165.863, junto con sus recaudos anexos, este Tribunal le da entrada en los libros respectivos y por cuanto se observa en el escrito libelar que los solicitantes indican textualmente divorcio por: “… MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, señalando en el fundamento jurídico divorcio contencioso establecido en el artículo 185 del Código Civil y la sentencia de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, Nro, 446, de fecha 15 de mayo de 2014, los cuales señalan procedimientos diferentes al divorcio por mutuo consentimiento, así mismos no especificaron el “último” domicilio conyugal. En consecuencia, este Órgano Jurisdiccional, insta a las partes interesadas, a subsanar dichas omisiones, a los fines legales consiguientes.
