Por las motivaciones que anteceden, este Tribunal Décimo Tercero de Primera Instancia de Juicio del Circuito Judicial del Trabajo del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: 1°) SIN LUGAR la demanda incoada por los ciudadanos LISBE VASQUEZ, ABELARDO VÁSQUEZ, BENILDE SÁNCHEZ, PEDRO MARTÍNEZ y JOSÉ MARTÍN TORRES. 2°) SIN LUGAR la falta de cualidad e interés opuesta por las codemandadas CAVENDES, BANCO DE INVERSIÓN, C.A. y FONDO DE GARANTÍA DE DEPÓSITOS Y PROTECCIÓN BANCARIA (FOGADE), 3°) PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por los ciudadanos ELVIRA ISABLE LACHE, LUIS MANUEL PALACIOS, JOSEFINA BRICEÑO, GIUSELLY VELASQUEZ, HUMBERTO CATALDO, JOSE EDUARDO PÉREZ, FERNANDO DANIELE y ROSA CARDONE contra las empresas codemandadas CONSORCIO CID VENEZUELA, C.A. y solidariamente a la empresa CAVENDES BANCO DE INVERSIÓN, C.A. y subsidiariamente el FONDO DE GARANTÍA DE DEPÓSITOS Y PROTECC.....
