Por lo antes expuesto este JUZGADO SUPERIOR NOVENO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la apelación interpuesta por el abogado LUIS JOSÉ RATTIA, en su carácter de parte intimante contra la sentencia dictada en fecha 29 de Septiembre de 2011, por el JUZGADO SÉPTIMO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
