Por todos lo antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MATURÍN, AGUASAY Y SANTA BÁRBARA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MONAGAS Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, Declara INADMISIBLE la Demanda de DIVORCIO, intentado por el Ciudadano MARIA GABRIELA MOSQUERA URBANEJA Y LUIS APARICIO GUILLEN VALERA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cedulas de Identidad Nros V-11.602.900 y V-11.806.919, y de este domicilio. Así decide.-

Por todos lo antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MATURÍN, AGUASAY Y SANTA BÁRBARA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MONAGAS Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, Declara INADMISIBLE la solicitud de TITULO SUPLETORIO, intentado por la ciudadana MARBEL LUZ GARCIA RAMIREZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cedula de Identidad Nº V-14.259.990 y de este domicilio debidamente asistida por la Abogada en Ejercicio SOIRED HERNANDEZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, inscrito en el IPSA bajo el N° 120.650;. Así decide.-
