Por lo que, este Juzgado TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACION, MEDIACION Y EJECUCION DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MONAGAS, administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY declara: LA INADMISIBILIDAD DE LA DEMANDA intentada por el ciudadano; RAUL ADVERSE MARQUEZ VELASQUEZ, contra la entidad de Trabajo INVERSIONES SOLIDEZ Y AMISTAD, C.A. por cobro de Diferencia de Prestaciones Sociales y Otros Conceptos Laborales. Las partes podrán ejercer el recurso legal pertinente en su oportunidad procesal.
