DECISIÓN Por las consideraciones precedentemente expuestas este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE JUICIO DEL REGIMEN PROCESAL TRANSITORIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, Administrando Justicia, en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la presente demanda por DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS, incoada por el ciudadano CARLOS EDUARDO GONZALEZ DIAZ, mediante sus Apoderados Judiciales Abogados JOSE IGNACIO ESCALANTE MORA, YULY ELENA GONZALEZ JIMENEZ, BETTY TORRES DIAZ y AURA DIAZ, contra la Sociedad Mercantil CARPINTERIA OROPEZA, S.R.L. SEGUNDO: Se condena a la parte demandada CARPINTERIA OROPEZA, S.R.L. a pagarle al trabajador CARLOS EDUARDO GONZALEZ DIAZ, la cantidad de DIECISEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS SETENTA MIL BOLIVARES (Bs.16.570.000,00) que comprende las siguientes cantidades: 1) CINCO MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA MIL BOLIVARES (Bs.5.840.000,00) por concepto de LUCRO CESANTE por Treinta y Dos (32) años de tiempo útil, .....
