Por lo antes expuesto, este TRIBUNAL DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y FRANCISCO LINARES ALCÁNTARA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por la autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO POR MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, formulada por los ciudadanos GEORGE ARNALDO GALVIS RAMIREZ y ORIANA DEL CARMEN TOVAR GOMEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° V-15.988.963 y V-20.896.453, respectivamente, todo de conformidad con lo establecido en Artículo 185 del Código Civil en concordancia con los principios establecidos por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, mediante sentencia 693 de fecha 02 de Junio de 2.015.
