DISPOSITIVA Con fundamento en las consideraciones de hecho, derecho, jurisprudencial y doctrinarios ut supra referidas, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, BANCARIO Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto en fecha 07.03.2019, por la ciudadana DORIS DEL CARMEN NARANJO MORALES, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-10.361.556, actuando en su propio nombre y en representación contra el auto dictado por el JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO, BANCARIO Y PARA LA PROTECCIÓN DE NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA CON SEDE EN LA VICTORIA, en fecha 25.02.2019, en el expediente Nº 25.007, con motivo del juicio por INDEMNIZACIÓN DE DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DERIVADOS DE ACCIDENTE DE TRÁNSITO incoado por la ciudadana DORIS DEL .....
