DECISIÓN Por las razones aquí expuestas este JUZGADO TERCERO DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley Declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la presente demanda por INDEMNIZACIÓN POR ENFERMEDAD PROFESIONAL incoada por los ciudadanos MIGUEL FLORES, MANUEL REVERON, NELSON TIRADO, PRADO MEZA, HUGO URDANETA, JOSER ALVAREZ, JOSE BELISARIO, LUIS JIMENEZ, PEDRO ROJAS, EDER GAMARGO, ARQUIMEDES HERRERA, TOMAS FERRER, RAIMUNDO PEROZA, ANIBAL SARMIENTO, CARLOS ROMERO, HECTOR MONTILLA, MIGDALIA ABREU y JOSAFAT GUTIERREZ CARRILLO, plenamente identificados, representados mediante sus Apoderadas Judiciales Abogadas BETTY TORRES DIAZ Y AURA DIAZ, Inscritas en el Inpreabogado bajo los Nros. 13.047 y 20.682 respectivamente, en contra de la Sociedad mercantil SUDAMTEX DE VENEZUELA, S.A., representada por su Apoderados Judiciales Abogado.....
