Por las razones y motivos aquí expuestos, este JUZGADO SEXTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACIÓN MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN TANTO DEL NUEVO RÉGIMEN COMO DEL RÉGIMEN PROCESAL TRANSITORIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA CON SEDE EN LA VICTORIA, DECLINA LA COMPETENCIA POR EL TERRITORIO y declara: PRIMERO: Que no tiene competencia por el territorio, para conocer de la demanda por cobro de Prestaciones Sociales incoado por el ciudadano EUSTACIO ROMERO DIAZ supra identificado. SEGUNDO: Que el tribunal competente para conocer la mencionada demanda es el JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INASTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACIÓN MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DEL ESTADO MIRANDA.
