D I S P O S I T I V O Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y JOSÉ ÁNGEL LAMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley Declara; PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE, la SOLICITUD de JUSTIFCATIVO DE PROPIEDAD DE MAQUINARIA, formulada por el abogado LUIS DANIEL LEÓN DELGADO, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 142.752, actuando en este acto en su carácter de apoderado judicial de NESTLE VENEZUELA S.A., sociedad mercantil, domiciliada en Caracas, inscrita ante el Registro Mercantil Primero del Distrito Capital en fecha 26 de junio de 1957, bajo el Nro.23, Tomo 22-A, refundidos sus estatutos sociales en un solo texto, mediante Asamblea General participada a la prenombrada Oficina de Registro Mercantil, en fecha 20 de noviembre de 1987, bajo el Nro.17, Tomo 52 -A-Pro, e inscrita en el Registro de Info.....
